Cup Holder Switch Panel

This is V2 of my cup holder switch panel design. With more capabilities, I've grown to utilizing TPU for more aspects of the design. The panel is designed to have a TPU cup holder, and a TPU phone holder at the rear. Both of these can be easily removed to clean or get stuff out of. Not only that, but they can deform to whatever shape you see fit, and will always come back to their normal shape.

The switch panel features 3 switches. All have snap-in connectors. Next to each switch is a small TPU label/logo defining what the switch does. Each switch panel comes with an assortment of logos, and I do take special requests. If needed, more or less switches can be designed. The largest revision from the previous design was the mounting mechanism. V2 features small TPU inserts that are pushed into the stock center console mounting points. These contain heated threaded inserts. M5x1. These are the strongest solution to threading 3D printed parts. The threaded insert is melted into the TPU, where they make sweet love and become bonded together forever in holy matrimony. These TPU inserts can be pushed in and out of the center console if needed. They are tough to push in, and tough to push out. This is needed for the panel to bolt down firmly. They are virtually indestructible, so don't be shy. They deform before the center console plastic breaks, but still be gentle with your beloved center console.
